Return policy
Any claims for misprinted/damage/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
Wrong address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to printiful and you well be liable for reshipment cost.
Buyer´s Remorse
We do not refund orders for buyer´s remorse or zise exchanges, as every product is custom-made for you
